# Chuẩn bị kết nối với Teko CDP

## Bước 1: Cấu hình Zalo App

Sau khi đã tạo được các tài khoản ZCA, Zalo OA, Zalo App, người dùng cần thực hiện các bước sau để cấu hình Zalo App

**1.1. Lấy Zalo App Id (1) và Zalo App Secret (2)**

* Người dùng đăng nhập trang <https://developers.zalo.me/> -> Chọn ứng dụng mong muốn

* Sau đó, người dùng thực hiện lấy thông tin Zalo App Id (1) và Zalo App Secret (2) trong màn hình "Cài đặt" của Zalo App

**1.2 Lấy Zalo platform site verification (3)**

* Người dùng vào màn hình Zalo App -> menu "Xác thực Domain"
* Sau đó, người dùng thêm domain [uns.teko.vn](http://uns.teko.vn/) vào ô Domain và chọn xác thực

* Copy phần text khoanh đỏ ở màn hình, đây là Zalo platform site verification (3) cần tìm

<mark style="color:red;">Lưu ý: Ở bước này khí khách hàng bấm xác thực sẽ hiển thị là Domain chưa hoàn tất được quá trình xác thực, việc này là bình thường, Khách hàng cần đóng popup và sẽ cần làm lại thao tác Bước 3 này ở bước 1.4 sau khi Teko admin đã config</mark>

**1.3. Gửi thông tin config cho Teko**

Người dùng gửi toàn bộ 3 thông tin  Zalo App Id (1) Zalo App Secret (2), Zalo platform site verification (3) để thực hiện config phía Teko

Người dùng cũng có thể lựa chọn cấp quyền admin truy cập Zalo App cho team CDP để team có thể hỗ trợ thao tác giúp anh/chị các bước trên.

**1.4. Teko kiểm tra config**

Sau khi Teko đã xác nhận config hoàn tất, khách hàng thực hiện lại các mục 1.2 (bước 3) để hoàn tất xác thực cho domain [uns.teko.vn](http://uns.teko.vn/)

**1.5. Cập nhật Official Account Callback Url**&#x20;

Khách hàng truy cập menu "Official Account"/'Thiết lập chung", nhập thông tin vào mục Official Account Callback Url là <https://uns.teko.vn/auth/zalo-redirect> và bấm cập nhật

**1.6. Hoàn tất và thông báo cho Teko để kiểm tra xác nhận thông luồng.**&#x20;

Sau khi thông luồng, khách hàng có thể tạo template ZNS và dùng templete đó để gửi tin ZNS từ Teko CDP
